1. Navigate to IS_HOME/repository/conf" directory and open the carbon.xml file, then change the value of the "HideAdminServiceWSDLs" to false;

2. Stop the server with if already started.

3. Start with following command
           sh wso2server.sh -DosgiConsole

4. In the osgi console type listAdminServices

osgi> listAdminServices
